Cold brew coffee
Cold brew coffee extraction allows to reveal an entire palette of new flavours and surprising aromas. Coarsely ground, the coffee is infused for 24 hours at 5˚C then carefully filtered. A very aromatic and particularly refreshing drink — another way to enjoy coffee.
To be served chilled, with or without ice cubes. At the Manufacture, we like it served on tap like a beer for an even more surprising experience.
