Between two oceans, the luxuriant high plateau of Panama offer ideal conditions for cultivating coffee plants that are allowed to grow in the shadow of the clouds. We chose the Geisha variety, also known as "champagne" for being so sought after. Produced on the finca Mil Cumbres at high altitudes, our geisha is harvested by hand on a plot of land reserved for Le Café Alain Ducasse. Simultaneously floral and fruity, this exceptional cru offers an incomparable taste.
On a mountainside on the Mil Cumbres land, Alain Ducasse planted a coffee bush on his geisha parcel. In three years, the coffee cherries will be harvested then roasted at the Manufacture. This memory is the symbol of what our coffee has to offer — a journey of taste.
