Story

The coffee bushes in Nyeri, in the center of Kenya, take root in a red-chocolate, volcanic soil. As for its heritage, the region takes its name from a Masai word meaning "red". This rich terroir, combined with a well-managed irrigation, allows the Gichathaini cooperative to produce an exceptional coffee. We chose it for its delicately balanced acidity and fruity aromas.
